I’ve Noticed That Well-Known Brands in a GEO Convert Worse on Cross-Sells Than Less Popular or Almost Unknown Brands
Why might this be happening? Perhaps when a brand is strong and popular and advertises on TV, radio, and billboards, people searching for it already know its colors, website, and overall visual identity. This makes it harder to redirect them to a different brand.
When a brand is less established and only advertises online—through teaser networks or movie streaming websites, for example—it’s easier to offer users a different brand. They may not even realize it’s another brand, and even if they do, they may still be more willing to switch to it.
These are just my assumptions, though. How it actually works—I have no idea 🙂
Wishing everyone backlinks and top rankings!
