I added around 40 pages and got all of them indexed. The website was ready by the end of September. Before that, it had been completely dead: not a single deposit and only 20 clicks in Keitaro throughout its entire lifetime.
The website came to life in early October: impressions and even clicks started coming in, and yesterday I received the first deposit with a $290 CPA. Some of the pages generating impressions are ones I never expected to perform.
