Received My First Domain Complaint
Gambling. GEO — Australia. I received my first complaint about a domain. I’m currently in active correspondence and trying to defend it. They’re threatening to deactivate the domain unless I remove the website’s content.

For now, I’m trying to determine how justified these demands are and who exactly submitted the complaint. I don’t want to remove all the content immediately, so I first requested specific details: which materials allegedly violate the rules and on what grounds they’re demanding their removal.
This is the first time I’ve dealt with a situation like this. It seems that when working with monobrand websites, you need to prepare a clear plan for handling complaints: keep backups, understand the policies of your domain registrar and hosting provider, and be ready to replace any disputed elements on the website quickly.
Let’s see whether I can keep the domain. I’ll share an update later explaining how the correspondence ended and whether I had to remove the content.
