I went through around 50 candidates. What did I learn? Most people don’t want to work, learn, or put in any effort—but everyone wants money 🙂 Surprising, right? Someone messages you and writes an entire ode about how eager they are to work and prove themselves. You hire them—and they fucking disappear for a week. Then you try to find out what happened and why nothing is getting done, and all you get is a mountain of excuses. The same cycle repeats every time 🙂
There’s an upside for me, though: I realized that with this kind of attitude, I practically have no competition. The field is wide open, as strange as that may sound. There are only a handful of people willing to work their asses off for months and years—and some of them are in my mentoring program. As for those willing to take responsibility, including responsibility for other people—where are you all?
If you’ve been in SEO for over five years and you’re still writing title tags for your clients’ websites, there’s clearly something wrong with either you or your ambitions 🙂
We’re getting into everything we possibly can 🙂 The backlinks are being placed, the websites are growing, and it’s incredibly satisfying to watch. Feel free to throw some bullshit at me in the comments, while I keep working even harder to push more websites to the top of the rankings 🙂
