How to Run Gambling Projects Solo and Launch Hundreds of Websites
Many people are skeptical about those who run gambling projects solo. Some simply don’t believe that it’s possible to launch hundreds of websites and make a profit without a large team and substantial funding.
However, my experience and the experience of people I talk to prove that launching hundreds of websites is possible. And making a profit from them is possible too. By “solo,” I don’t mean that you literally do everything alone. I mean that every process depends on you. You might have a couple of assistants handling specific tasks—usually a content manager and a webmaster. But you supervise their work, assign the tasks, and review the results. In other words, nothing moves forward without you.
A team is different. It has an organizational structure in which websites are created, brands are selected, backlinks are purchased, Keitaro is configured, and communication with managers is handled without your direct involvement in day-to-day operations. Meanwhile, you focus on higher-level strategic tasks 🙂
To build a large number of websites solo, you first need to organize yourself. Break the entire website creation process down into small tasks: choose a GEO and brand, buy a domain, assign an IP address and deploy the website on a server, install WordPress, add plugins, get the website indexed, connect it to Google Search Console, configure Keitaro, purchase backlinks, and so on.
Once you’ve documented the entire process, you need to automate and simplify every step as much as possible. Delegate some tasks to the webmaster and others to the content manager. Your goal is to keep as little work on your own plate as possible—for example, only the tasks you aren’t ready to delegate yet, such as researching brands and GEOs.
Next, track how much time it takes to prepare and launch one website, and calculate the cost of the content manager’s work. This gives you specific figures—for example, $25 per website for the domain and labor, plus two hours of a manager’s time. You can then estimate how many websites you can realistically launch each month: 20, 50, or more.
Then break the goal down into numbers. For example: 400 websites in 10 months, with 40 websites launched each month. That could mean spending $8,000 on domains and labor, plus investing 100 hours of your own time. This is exactly how I started. With this approach, it becomes clear where a network of 400 websites comes from and how much money it takes to build one.
Wishing everyone backlinks and top rankings 🙂
