An Example of Near-Perfect Indexing for a Sports News Website
When launching a new project, it’s essential to ensure that its pages are indexed as quickly as possible.
It’s also important that new landing pages created after the project goes live are indexed by Google automatically, without third-party bots or manual submission through Search Console.
Most importantly, the pages should remain indexed instead of being removed, allowing them to continue generating traffic.
How do I handle this? At the start, I export all the project’s pages and do three things:
👉 Submit all pages for indexing through Search Console
👉 Submit them to a third-party indexing service
👉 Build backlinks to every page published when the website launches

Backlinks provide a particularly strong boost. I usually use a combination of the following link types:
✅ Profile-based crowd links
✅ Forum crowd links
✅ Blog comments
✅ EDU backlinks
✅ Contextual Web 2.0 crowd links
✅ High-authority submissions
✅ Contextual backlinks from blogs
✅ Guest posts
This gives the entire website and all its pages an initial boost. From the first crawl, Google understands that every page is important, should be indexed, has backlinks pointing to it, and can potentially generate traffic.
In general, I rarely encounter situations where Google fails to index a page that has external backlinks pointing to it.
