Google’s Paradoxes

By Андрей Сорока

No, I’m not going to calm down. What the hell is happening with Google?

The website page was getting traffic:
37 clicks on May 20
75 clicks on May 21
May 22–23 — it suddenly disappeared from the index, so the traffic dropped to zero

I returned it to the index manually and with indexing tools. It immediately started receiving impressions and clicks again at 2:00 p.m., as you can see in the screenshot. How can Google send traffic to a page, rank it in the top three, and then remove it from the index completely? I could understand if Google lowered its rankings or refused to index it from the beginning because the content was considered poor.

But ranking a page at the top and then removing it from the index — what is that supposed to mean?
