I understand that the best page for this type of backlink should combine several factors:
🔹 topical relevance between the donor and target pages;
🔹 traffic to the donor page;
🔹 high-quality backlinks pointing to the donor page.
However, there are almost no pages that have both traffic and strong incoming backlinks. So which factor should I use as the basis for my selection, and which one should I prioritize?
a) traffic to the page;
b) backlinks pointing to the page?
