To be honest, comments like these make me laugh ) Maybe they shouldn’t, though, because these commenters often go to Google Maps and leave similar reviews there, which creates certain problems for us.
How do you respond to this kind of negativity? Do you delete such comments, ignore them, respond and apologize, or argue with the commenter?
