Order the development of a PBN 3.0 satellite network from Andrey Soroka

I don’t create “dead” PBNs just for links, but full-fledged thematic websites that gain rankings in Google, organic traffic, and function as your own media assets for years.
While most PBNs look like a dozen identical websites with five articles and hundreds of outbound links, I build networks on a completely different principle. Each site is created as an independent project. It evolves regularly, receives new content, gets indexed, starts ranking for keywords, and gradually attracts organic traffic from Google. Only after that does it become part of your link infrastructure.
That’s exactly why I call this approach PBN 3.0. This is no longer a classic Private Blog Network, but your own network of thematic media that works for years to promote your projects and doesn’t look like a typical PBN. Today, I build such networks primarily for myself and my own projects, while simultaneously creating similar turnkey networks for clients worldwide.

My name is Andriy. I am the owner of the largest Telegram channel dedicated to SEO, search engine optimization, and link building.
Currently, I am developing my own media network of websites and thematic portals for the Ukrainian market. I call this approach PBN 3.0, because it is no longer a classic PBN, but a network of high-quality websites that are closer in standards to guest posting and outreach platforms than typical PBNs.
The primary goal of this network is to promote all of my projects in the Ukrainian market.

What does my network look like?
I hide nothing and openly show what my media network looks like right now. Below, you can explore examples of the sites in this actively growing network to understand what kind of sites you will get with a turnkey PBN 3.0 order.
Why did PBN 3.0 even come to be?
This service didn’t launch because I simply wanted to sell PBNs. It all started with a desire to stop relying on third-party platforms.
For several years, I bought links through exchanges, outreach, and various placement services. And almost every single time, I faced the exact same issue.
Finding a decent platform for a guest post—dofollow, permanent links, without “sponsored” tags, etc.—in any niche is a massive challenge. High-quality options either don’t exist, are extremely rare, are heavily spammed, or simply don’t sell links at all. Everyone ends up buying links from the exact same websites 20 times over for all their projects on well-known exchanges. Many platforms have a massive number of outbound links, yet nobody monitors or develops them.
This creates a situation where you buy a guest post today, and just a week later, dozens of new placements for other projects pop up on that very same site. At some point, I realized I no longer wanted to depend on other people’s websites.
That was exactly when I started building my own media network.
But almost immediately, I decided to abandon the classic approach to PBNs. I have never liked sites built solely for the sake of placing a single link—without keywords, without organic traffic, without active development, packed with outbound links, and lacking proper thematic content.
A Different Approach
Each site is created as an independent, thematic project. It is regularly developed, updated with new content, indexed by Google, starts ranking for keywords, and gradually drives organic traffic.
How PBN 3.0 Was Born
While building the network for myself, I realized I could construct the exact same infrastructure for clients. That is how the turnkey PBN 3.0 creation service was born—using the same technologies and principles I rely on every day to grow my own media network.
What does PBN 3.0 consist of?
Compared to classic PBNs where websites are built solely for placing links, my PBN 3.0 is a complete SEO infrastructure built on the following principles:
Content Creation
Various content types are utilized:
- AI rewriting of niche-relevant content from donor websites
- Parsing and scraping thematic content from donor websites
- AI generation of articles based on target keywords from Ahrefs
Content Posting
Articles are published automatically without your involvement:
- Scheduled automated article posting
- Adjustable posting volume limits per day/week/month
Content Indexing
Once published, new articles are automatically submitted for indexing:
- Automated article indexing via Telegram bots
- Real-time indexing status notifications sent directly to a bot
- Sitemap generation + Google Search Console integration
Link Profile
PBN sites are actively powered up with cost-effective backlinks (available at an additional cost):
- Anchor list strategy and detailed backlink planning
- Link acquisition execution according to plan (for both new registrations and expired domains)
- Boosting authority metrics (DR, TF, CF, DA) to 10+
Targeting Organic Traffic
Every site is designed to attract real organic search visitors. Within 3-6 months, we aim for the following metrics:
- 0-10 uniques/day — low-tier network sites
- 10-50 uniques/day — standard network sites
- 50-100 uniques/day — mid-tier network sites
- 100-300 uniques/day — high-tier network sites
- 300-1000 uniques/day — premium network sites
- 1000+ uniques/day — elite network sites
Technical Setup
Every site is connected to Cloudflare with core technical optimization and security fully configured:
- Cloudflare integration
- CDN setup
- Caching configuration
- SSL certificate installation
- DNS management
- WordPress deployment
- Advanced website security

Proprietary Platform
Most PBNs today are built the exact same way:
I realized almost immediately that this approach would never allow scaling the network to hundreds or thousands of websites. So, I decided to take a completely different path. Instead of endless manual labor, I started building our own platform to manage the entire media network.
Not a collection of plugins. Not an off-the-shelf SaaS solution. Not just another third-party service. But our own system, developed specifically for the demands of PBN 3.0.
What did this achieve?
Thanks to our proprietary platform, the vast majority of routine processes are automated. For example:
Development took over 6 months
Building the platform turned out to be a massive project of its own. We developed it in-house with my dedicated programmer. Over this period, we implemented a vast array of internal tools and automations that are now used daily to grow my network.
Investment in Development
When you order PBN 3.0, you aren’t just paying for website creation. You gain access to an infrastructure that has already received over 650,000 UAH in investment and months of dedicated development.
Why is your own PBN 3.0 more cost-effective than buying links on third-party sites?
I have been buying links for the last 10 years. Exchanges, outreach, direct agreements, services, directories, submissions, and everything imaginable. Thousands of purchased links turn into an endless cycle of expenses that heavily eat away at a project’s monthly budget.
You constantly have to search for new platforms, write to webmasters, and pay, pay, and pay again. I started calculating the economics and promotion of a project over a distance of one, three, and five years, and what did I find?
A Practical Example
Let’s imagine you have 10 projects that you are promoting in Germany—whether they are gambling, dating, or e-commerce sites. For each site, you want to acquire just one high-quality link per month from niche-relevant websites. In Germany, a good outreach link today costs around $300–$400 per placement. Let’s take an average—$350 per link.
If you buy links from webmasters:
If you build your own PBN 3.0
Let’s imagine that instead of constantly buying links, you build your own network once.
After that, the network remains yours.
What do you get next?
Each site can be used for years across all your new projects. This means the more sites you promote, the more cost-effective it becomes, and the greater your savings. On each PBN 3.0 site, you can publish the following types of links:
And most importantly, the number of such publications is practically unlimited.
When does such a network start to pay off?
Compared to regularly buying links in Germany, the cost of your own network pays off extremely quickly.
In my example:
Cost of the network —
Cost of a single month of buying links —
This means that in just about a month, your own infrastructure starts working cheaper than constantly purchasing new links. From there on, every new guest post for your subsequent batch of projects—whether it’s 10-30 or 50+ sites—or any homepage link or link insertion will essentially cost you next to nothing.
But the biggest advantage isn’t even the savings
Saving money is the main benefit, but there are other major perks. The most valuable asset you get is control. You decide:
You will simply forget about waiting for replies from webmasters and site owners, negotiating placements, paying for every single article, and all that endless routine.
That is why I took this path myself
I built this network of 500 websites not for sale, but primarily to promote my own projects. It was only when I realized and witnessed the massive amount of money it saves me in the long run that I thought this approach could be highly beneficial to other SEO specialists, agencies, and site owners alike.
